    Job Description
    1. Participate in formulating R&D strategic plans and annual roadmaps for products and solutions based on market trends and competitive dynamics.

    2. Develop product launch plans, coordinate with R&D, production, sales and other departments to ensure successful market introduction of products.

    3. Regularly optimize product matrix layout, evaluate product market performance, and formulate strategies for product iteration, upgrading or withdrawal.

    4. Responsible for pre-sales solutions and technical support for energy storage system products; collaborate with sales personnel to produce customer-oriented toolkits such as product manuals, solution white papers, and case collections.

    5. Collaborate with sales teams in project development, conduct in-depth exploration of customer needs, provide customized energy storage solutions, and lead technical solution design.

    6. Conduct market research, analyze industry policies, technical trends, competitive dynamics, etc., to provide effective input for sales strategies and R&D strategies. 

    7. Participate in bidding and tendering processes, and take charge of commercial quotation and other related work.

    1. Lead on-site delivery of ESS projects: installation guidance, commissioning, and acceptance.

    2. Perform routine and corrective maintenance; diagnose and resolve system faults.

    3. Support customers on-site, provide technical consultation, and collect feedback.

    4. Coordinate with internal R&D and commercial teams to solve technical issues and optimize solutions.

    5. Prepare delivery and service documentation; report work progress regularly.



    Qualifications

    1. Based in Europe, able to travel regionally.

    2. 5+ years ESS commissioning/O&M experience, with strong electrical fundamentals.

    3. Hands-on experience with PCS and battery systems; Skilled in fault diagnosis and testing tools.

    4. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or related field.

    5. Fluent English, German/French/Spanish is a plus.
